Resume Parsing Engine
Turning messy documents into consistent, searchable candidate profiles.
Turn messy documents into dependable candidate data without losing the source context.
Turning messy documents into consistent, searchable candidate profiles.
The brief
Designed around the real friction.
Resumes arrive in wildly different layouts, formats and writing styles. A useful parser must do more than identify text: it must recognize meaning, preserve confidence and produce a profile that downstream systems can trust.
The engine uses a staged pipeline: inspect the document, extract sections and entities, normalize fields, then return confidence signals for review. That keeps the API useful for automation while giving people a clear correction path when the source is ambiguous.
Input
PDF, DOCX + scanned files
Output
Normalized candidate profile

Field-level confidence
How it works
A system with a clear next move.
Read the document structure and locate the sections that matter.
Extract names, roles, skills, education and experience into a stable schema.
Route uncertain fields for review instead of silently inventing certainty.

What we are building toward
A reusable parsing layer for the ATS, designed to make candidate intake faster without turning the extraction process into a black box.
Overview
A data foundation for automated candidate intake. The engine identifies sections and entities in resumes and maps them into a normalised profile.
Product focus
Resilient extraction across varied layouts, useful confidence signals, and parsed data that people can review, correct, and reuse.
